<p>Congrats to the MSU student chapter for placing 1st overall in the Deep South Conference!   They also placed 1st in the concrete canoe, 1st in the concrete canoe co-ed sprint, 3rd in the steel bridge, 1st in the steel bridge stiffness, 2nd in the quiz bowl, and 1st in the Daniel W. Mead contest.  They will attend the National Concrete Canoe Competition at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in June.</p>

Physically able to safely move through small spaces and spend reasonable amounts of time in a hot and sometimes unpleasant environment. Reliable transportation to carry assorted light tools, including a small ladder. Good driving record. Good computer skills. Good spatial reasoning skills. Post-secondary education; four year degree in Industrial Technology, Construction Management, Building Science, or similar is preferred. Hands on experience in residential construction.
