Students

The Mississippi Section of ASCE awards four $750 scholarships every year to support higher learning in civil engineering.  Applicants must be a full-time civil engineering undergraduate at a 4-year ABET accredited Mississippi university.  Applicants must complete an application and submit a typed one-page essay on a topic selected by the officers of ASCE.  The following criteria will be used to award the scholarships to applicants:  academic performance, personal circumstances, extracurricular involvement, and the written essay.
